Electricity, water, heat and wi-fi are included in the rate. There is no second bill and no meter to put in your name.
Rooms are private and lockable, with a keypad code issued to you alone. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are shared with the other residents.
Book by the week or by the month, and extend as long as you need. No annual lease and no broker fee.
Choose a room and a move-in date. The rate you see is the rate you pay.
Reserve and pay through our booking system. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your door code and directions arrive before check-in. There is no key handover and no office to visit.
Card charges from us appear as THE ROOMS CO on your bank or card statement. If a charge is unfamiliar, it is almost always a room reservation booked under a different name than the cardholder's.
Before disputing a charge, email jd534523@gmail.com with the amount and the last four digits of the card. We answer billing questions directly and refund genuine errors faster than a dispute can be processed.
Questions about an existing reservation are handled in the messaging thread of the platform the booking was made on, not by email.
